As a Principal Data Scientist, you will serve as the technical visionary for the Associate AI Experiences team, transforming how the world’s largest retailer operates through high-level AI orchestration. This is a leadership-heavy individual contributor role focused on building end-to-end autonomous systems that empower millions of associates. You will move beyond simple prompt engineering to architect sophisticated multi-agent frameworks and reinforcement learning models.

• Agentic Orchestration: Mastering LangChain, Pydantic AI, and RAG to build agents that actually do work.
• Enterprise AI Infrastructure: Leveraging the Element LLM Gateway and multi-cloud platforms like GCP Vertex AI and AWS SageMaker.
• High-Velocity Development: Utilizing AI-assisted tools to ship production-ready code for NLP, computer vision, and forecasting models.
