You will act as the bridge between high-level business goals and the technical execution of scalable, AI-powered software.

Vibe Coding & Rapid Prototyping

This position stands out because it prioritizes "vibe coding"—using natural language and AI tools like Claude Opus to build and iterate on prototypes at light speed. Rather than waiting months for traditional development cycles, you will use AI-assisted workflows to demonstrate value early. Once a concept is proven, you’ll collaborate with engineering teams to transform those prototypes into secure, production-ready systems that meet rigorous aerospace standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: Developing a long-term plan for AI integration within the quality organization and maintaining a prioritized backlog.
• Hands-on Creation: Using LLMs and modern coding assistants to validate features and user stories through functional code experiments.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Mentoring junior staff on AI-first workflows and Agile principles while managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Technical Governance: Overseeing the transition from AI-assisted experiments to enterprise-grade software architecture, ensuring scalability and security.
