UX/CX Designer

The Mission

Blueprint is looking for a design pioneer to help architect a massive internal AI ecosystem. You will join a high-impact strategy studio focused on bridging the gap between human needs and machine intelligence for a global enterprise. This role involves taking abstract business challenges and turning them into intuitive digital experiences that will serve over 10,000 users.

AI-Driven Development

This isn't a traditional 'pixel-pushing' job. You will utilize a modern vibe-coding stack, moving fluidly between AI-assisted prototyping in tools like Lovable and code refinement in VS Code. By leveraging generative tools, you will iterate at lightning speed, validating concepts through storyboards and journey maps before shipping functional, high-fidelity prototypes directly into the project lifecycle.

Growth and Impact

Working remotely from Romania, you will collaborate with US-based leadership to set the design direction for emerging technologies. You'll have the opportunity to facilitate design thinking workshops and influence executive-level strategy. This is a chance to move beyond static design and become a hybrid creator who masters the intersection of user experience and AI-powered execution.
