Senior UX/CX Designer

The Vision

Blueprint is seeking a high-level creative to spearhead the experience strategy for a massive internal AI platform. In this role, you will lead the charge in transforming complex enterprise needs into intuitive digital tools, serving a user base of over 10,000 people. You'll work within a nimble, horizontal team where design, strategy, and execution happen simultaneously.

AI-First Prototyping

Forget traditional handoffs; this role is built for the modern era of development. You will utilize 'vibe coding' methodologies, leveraging tools like Lovable and VS Code to rapidly iterate on working prototypes. By using AI-assisted workflows, you will bridge the gap between initial storyboards and high-fidelity, functional experiences, ensuring that design intent is perfectly preserved in the final product.

Growth & Impact

As a senior designer, you will have a seat at the table with executive leadership, helping to define the design direction for the company’s emerging tech stack. You'll facilitate design thinking workshops and conduct lean research to validate your ideas.
