We’re headquartered in San Francisco and operate with a strong in-person culture. About the Role We’re hiring a Web Development Designer to fully own slash.com. This is a design-first, AI-native builder role. You will design and make relevant updates to the website as the team sees fit. You should be deeply comfortable moving from blank canvas → Figma → live site quickly using Cursor as your primary tool. You will: Design new pages, flows, and updates Vibe code and ship updates using Cursor (must-have) Maintain and evolve the site as our product and positioning grow Improve clarity, performance, and polish continuously Execute occasional one-off graphic design needs (launch visuals, marketing assets, etc.) You operate with full ownership. In addition to delivering on team priorities, you proactively identify improvements, introduce new ideas, and independently execute them end-to-end. This role is fully in-person in our SF office, five days a week. Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to fully own slash.com by designing new pages, flows, and updates, and shipping them quickly using Cursor. This includes maintaining and evolving the site, improving clarity and performance, and executing occasional one-off graphic design needs.
Requirements
Candidates must have a strong background in design with proven web execution experience, proficiency in Figma, and strong experience using Cursor as the primary tool. They should also possess high design taste, experience owning a live site, and operate with full ownership and agency.
