The Role: AI Agent Architect

IRIUM is looking for a developer who lives at the intersection of natural language and logic to help redefine the banking experience. In this position, you won't just be writing code; you will be architecting intelligent agents that automate complex financial workflows and interact seamlessly with internal databases and APIs. You will work under the mentorship of senior engineers to bridge the gap between large language models and practical business tools.

Modern Tech & Vibe Coding

This position is tailor-made for developers who leverage AI tools to move faster. You will be expected to:

• Utilize GitHub Copilot and other GenAI assistants to streamline Python backend development.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or the Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) into robust, real-world banking applications.
• Manage data flows using SQL and REST APIs within a cloud-native environment (Azure/AWS/GCP).
