As an AI Strategist, you will identify operational bottlenecks and bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. This isn't about one-off bots; it’s about architecting long-term systems that redefine commerce, hospitality, and retail through the lens of AI-driven intelligence.

Technical Ecosystem & Vibe Coding

While you'll be directing specialist engineers, your success depends on being deeply AI-native. You’ll leverage Python, SQL, and modern LLM tools to reason through backend architectures, data connections, and API integrations. This role is designed for those who use AI as their primary leverage, allowing you to scope and build complex agent systems that move the needle on real-world financial metrics like e-commerce margins and inventory forecasting.

Growth and Ownership

• Ship, Don't Just Suggest: Move past traditional consulting by staying embedded with the client to ensure your AI systems are actually adopted and scaled.
• Define the Practice: As an early hire in the Operational Intelligence arm, you will help shape the company's playbook and methodology for applied AI.
• End-to-End Authority: You own the entire arc of the relationship—from the initial financial modeling and discovery to the final technical specification and successful launch.
