The Mission: Architecting AI-Native Telephony

At Telegent, you will bridge the gap between traditional mobile networks and the era of autonomous agents. You aren't just managing servers; you are building a 'headless' network where AI agents can interact with real mobile numbers. Your role involves designing sophisticated call routing, managing carrier interconnects, and ensuring that voice-to-AI streams remain low-latency and high-quality.

Agentic Engineering & Modern Stack

This is a senior-level position that replaces manual line-by-line coding with advanced agentic workflows. You will leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, and custom harnesses to orchestrate high-performance systems in Go, Python, and TypeScript. Rather than getting bogged down in syntax, you'll focus on high-level system design for:

• SIP & IMS Core: Navigating registration flows, VoLTE, and VoWiFi.
• Carrier Infrastructure: Scaling OpenSIPS, Kamailio, and SBCs to handle massive traffic.
• Programmable Voice: Developing APIs for call control and real-time media streaming to AI.
