About the role: We are hiring an AI Systems & Automation Architect (ClickUp + SaaS Development) for our client to help transform their digital marketing agency into an AI-powered, product-driven business. This is a highly strategic and technical role focused on designing intelligent systems, building advanced project management infrastructures inside ClickUp, and developing AI-driven workflows. You will work closely with leadership to conceptualize and build scalable systems, AI agents, and eventually contribute to creating a SaaS product based on the agency’s internal processes. This is not just a systems role — we need someone who can think like a builder and an operator. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, understands automation deeply, and can take abstract ideas and turn them into working systems and products. Experience working in Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred. What you’ll be doing: Design and build AI-powered agents to automate internal workflows and service delivery Develop and manage complex ClickUp systems, including dashboards, automations, templates, and workflows Architect scalable project management infrastructures tailored to agency operations Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and build a SaaS product from internal systems Use rapid prototyping / “vibe coding” approaches to quickly test and iterate product ideas Integrate various tools and platforms (APIs, Zapier, Make, AI tools like GPT-based systems) Continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work Document systems, processes, and frameworks for scalability and internal adoption Who are we looking for? Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation, systems building, or related technical roles Advanced expertise in ClickUp, including building complex workflows and system architecture Strong experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.) Solid understanding of AI tools, APIs, and agent-based systems Experience or strong interest in building SaaS products Ability to take ideas from concept to execution with minimal guidance Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking mindset Experience with digital marketing agencies is a plus Position: AI Systems & Automation Architect Remote Status: Fully Remote Preferred Location: Latin America, South Africa Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PDT Holidays: US Federal Holidays Salary: USD 1500 - USD 2000 per month Internal Job ID: 1234
