As an Applied AI Engineer, you will architect the next generation of legal tools, focusing on sophisticated multi-agent systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks that directly empower litigation teams. You will own the entire product lifecycle, transforming experimental prototypes into reliable, high-impact production systems.

This is a high-velocity environment designed for 'AI-first' developers. Rather than just permitting AI tools, this team mandates them, utilizing vibe coding workflows to accelerate development. You'll spend your time orchestrating complex LLM behaviors and optimizing system latency rather than typing repetitive code. Your toolkit will include state-of-the-art resources like Cursor and Claude Code to maintain a rapid shipping cadence.

Technical Ownership and Innovation

In this remote-first role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM techniques and practical legal applications. You'll be responsible for:
