The Mission
Shopware's Agentic Commerce Lab is searching for an entrepreneurial engineer to architect the future of digital trade. As part of this high-speed 'moonshot' squad, you will transform abstract concepts into functional demos in record time, utilizing agentic systems to redefine merchant-shopper interactions. This is a founder-style role where you own the entire lifecycle of your experiments, from the initial prompt to final production.
AI-Native Development
The team is purpose-built for 'vibe coders' who thrive on the bleeding edge of AI-assisted engineering. You will be expected to maximize your velocity using a modern toolkit including Cursor, Replit, v0, and Lovable. Your daily workflow involves orchestrating LLMs via advanced prompting, designing robust evaluation frameworks, and fine-tuning RAG systems for production-grade performance. Rather than manual coding, you’ll focus on rapid experimentation and shipping.
