The Role: Designing for the Builders

Join a high-octane, 12-month rotational program in New York City where you will help simplify the world's most complex software environments. As an Associate Product Designer, you won't just be making things look good; you'll be creating the dashboards, workflows, and visualizations that the world's engineers rely on to keep their systems alive. You will move through three different product teams, giving you a broad view of the entire Datadog ecosystem while shipping real features to a global user base.

The Vibe Coding Edge

Datadog is looking for a new breed of designer who views code as a design tool. This position is specifically tailored for those who leverage Generative AI and vibe coding workflows to move faster than traditional methods allow. You'll use AI-assisted tools to bridge the gap between a Figma wireframe and a functional prototype, using code to tell stories and prove your concepts. This is a chance to define how AI-driven design processes function at a leading tech company.
