Company Description AutoHDR is an AI real estate photo editing platform. We launched less than a year ago and already edit 25% of U.S. real estate listings. We’re building a category-defining product and looking for people who want to help us scale it fast. This is an early hire on a small team of A players who are changing the industry! Role Description We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding. We have a revolutionary product that can change people's lives by helping them get back their time, automate their business, grow revenue, and make more money - however - they need to configure their automation in order to unlock those benefits. You'll make sure every single person does. We want someone smart, proactive, and highly detail-oriented who can get customers fully set up on the right automated workflow as fast as possible. Your job is to make sure new customers actually get value from the product. That means getting them onboarded quickly, catching issues early, helping them implement automations, improving retention, and making sure they trust us enough to come to us with problems before churning. You should also be constantly thinking about how we can improve onboarding, improve the product, automate more internally, and build better systems as we scale. Requirements You love talking to and helping people. Strong communicator on calls, email, and video You're an extremely high agency, high ownership problem solver You have experience running or operating a real estate media business You think in systems and how things can be more efficient over time Bonus if you: You have owned, operated, or worked at a real estate photography business. Have experience in SaaS, onboarding, customer success, operations, or automation-heavy products Have experience building online communities Have experience using AI tools or vibe coding to create systems or automations. Responsibilities
The Customer Success Manager will own the onboarding process, ensuring every new customer is quickly and fully set up on the correct automated workflow to realize the product's value. This involves catching issues early, helping implement automations, improving retention, and constantly seeking ways to enhance onboarding systems as the company scales.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is smart, proactive, highly detail-oriented, and loves helping people through strong communication skills across calls, email, and video. Essential experience includes running or operating a real estate media business, coupled with a mindset focused on systems and efficiency improvements.
