Your primary focus is on maintaining high retention rates and fostering deep executive relationships within your portfolio.

  • Retention Leadership: Own the renewal process and gross revenue retention for a book of strategic accounts.
  • Strategic Onboarding: Design and execute success plans that move clients from kickoff to full adoption within 60 days.
  • Proactive Account Health: Use data-driven signals to conduct regular business reviews and prevent churn before it happens.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Product and Technical Success teams to ensure the platform evolves alongside the needs of the vibe coding community.
