You will be responsible for creating intuitive workflows for debugging, observability, and model evaluation, ensuring that complex frontier models remain accessible and reliable for the engineers building on them.

This position is tailor-made for designers who use AI tools to bridge the gap between a mockup and a working prototype. You will be expected to:
- Prototype with AI: Regularly use LLM APIs and AI-assisted development tools to build and test internal tools.
- Design for Devs: Create the visual language for IDE plugins, observability dashboards, and data-heavy developer consoles.
- Technical Collaboration: Work alongside veterans from OpenAI and Google Brain who value designers who can read code and reason from first principles.
