In this role, you will take the reins of an internal software suite that powers a growing retail network, focusing on enhancing replenishment systems and operational dashboards. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of these products, ensuring that speed never comes at the cost of stability or code quality.

AI-First Development

This is a premier role for 'vibe coders' who are proficient with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot. You will actively define how the engineering team utilizes these assistants to break down complex requirements, generate robust test suites, and refactor legacy code. Your goal is to move beyond manual typing to focus on high-level architecture and rapid feature delivery using a modern stack of React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

Impact and Growth

Beyond day-to-day coding, you will act as a technical pioneer by evaluating new AI development tools and maintaining an internal library of optimized prompts. This is a chance to prove that AI-native engineering can effectively manage technical debt and scale production-grade systems in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
