The Role

Teso Life is looking for a forward-thinking developer to take the reins of their internal ecosystem, including supply chain and operations dashboards. Unlike traditional roles that might be wary of automated workflows, this position tasks you with being the resident expert in AI-augmented engineering. You will be responsible for keeping critical retail systems stable while rapidly deploying new features that support a growing network of physical stores.

Your AI-Powered Tech Stack

In this role, your primary tools will be AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot. You’ll leverage a modern stack featuring TypeScript, Next.js, and Python to build everything from HRIS modules to automated KPI dashboards. The goal isn't just to write code, but to engineer the prompts and workflows that allow the team to output high-quality, tested software at a pace traditional development can't match.
