The Mission: Architect the Growth Engine

Compri AI is looking for a GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer to transform how they identify and convert industrial prospects. This isn't a traditional 'IT support' role; you will be the lead architect of a commercial engine, building systems that turn market signals—like procurement shifts and website visits—into actionable sales leads. Your goal is to ensure the sales team never spends a second on manual data entry and always knows exactly which company is ready to buy and why.

Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Strategy

In this role, your productivity is amplified by a modern AI-first stack. You will own the CRM data model in HubSpot, but the real work happens in the automation layer. You'll be expected to:

• Prompt & Prototype: Use Claude Code and Lovable to rapidly ship new tools and features.
• Automate Everything: Orchestrate complex workflows using n8n and integrate various APIs to keep data flowing seamlessly.
• Deploy AI Agents: Build custom agents that take over tasks like account research, lead qualification, and personalized outreach drafting.

Growth and Impact

As the first dedicated GTM Engineer, you have a blank canvas to define the company's technical standards for growth. Reporting directly to the Growth Lead, your impact is measured by the speed of the pipeline and the accuracy of sales data, not just lines of code written.
