As a Principal Designer at Epicor, you will move beyond traditional design limits to architect the future of industrial enterprise software. This role is built for a strategic visionary who sees AI not just as a tool, but as a fundamental shift in how we build and interact with complex B2B platforms. You’ll be responsible for establishing the governance and strategy that allows design teams to scale their impact across global supply chain and retail systems.

Bridging Design and AI Orchestration

Epicor is specifically looking for pioneers in the 'vibe coding' movement. You will experiment with and implement:

• Agent-Assisted Workflows: Designing systems where AI agents act autonomously to solve user problems.
• Rapid Prototyping: Using natural language and AI tools to bridge the gap between design concepts and functional code.
• AI Infrastructure: Influencing how context management and agent orchestration are integrated into the product core.

This is a high-level individual contributor role focused on leadership through excellence rather than management.
