What you'll do
In this role, you’ll shape the next generation of creative and marketing experiences powered by generative AI across Adobe GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise.
- Vision & Strategy: Define and elevate the design vision for products that transform how enterprises create, collaborate, and deliver content at scale.
- Design Excellence: Combine storytelling, systems thinking, and user empathy to craft products that feel both innovative and unmistakably Adobe.
- Narrative Building: Guide cohesive design narratives and user journeys across GenStudio’s campaign orchestration and Firefly’s enterprise-grade generative capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure every experience feels intuitive, powerful, and connected—turning complex AI workflows into delightful, human-centered tools.
- Hands-on Craft: Prototype, explore, and iterate through concepts and motion studies, ensuring exceptional design integrity through launch.
- Mentorship: Mentor and inspire other designers, helping shape the craft and culture of the team.
- Innovation: Reimagine how generative AI empowers marketing organizations to scale creativity, accelerate content production, and deliver personalized experiences.
What you'll need
- 15+ years of experience designing and shipping world-class digital products.
- Proven ability to create and communicate a bold, unified design vision.
- A tinkerer’s mindset—comfortable with prototyping, vibe coding, and experimentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communication that encourages collaboration across functions and other product and design teams at Adobe.
- A drive to explore what’s next in design, AI, and creative technology.
Preferred
- Accessibility Design skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Standards Knowledge: Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
- Certifications: IAAP certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS are preferred.

Expected Pay Range
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
- U.S. Pay Range: $175,600 -- $334,500 annually.
- California Pay Range: $231,000 -- $334,500 annually.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
Short-term Incentives:
- Sales roles: Starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission).
- Non-sales roles: Starting salaries are expressed as base salary; short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
- Long-term Incentives: Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
