Clera is seeking a visionary Talent Lead to help architect their workforce in the heart of San Francisco. In this role, you won't just be filling seats; you'll be building the engine that powers an AI/ML infrastructure startup. You will take full ownership of the hiring lifecycle, from engineering and product to go-to-market leadership, while working side-by-side with the founding team to define what talent looks like in the age of AI.

Your Vibe Coding Toolkit

This isn't a traditional HR role. You will be expected to treat recruiting like an engineering problem, leveraging a modern stack that includes Ashby, Juicebox, and Clay. The company explicitly encourages 'vibe coding' approaches—using AI to automate tedious workflows, source through unconventional data signals, and evaluate candidates based on their portfolio and project intuition rather than just static resumes.
