Capita is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to bridge the gap between natural language intent and production-ready software. In this leadership position, you won't just be managing code; you'll be designing the intelligent fabric of the organization using the entire Microsoft ecosystem. You will balance rapid low-code automation with sophisticated pro-code development, ensuring that every solution is optimized for performance, security, and scale. This is a remote-friendly role where you will set the technical direction for a forward-thinking digital lab.

Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Integration

This position is built for the modern developer who views AI as a primary collaborator. You will spend your time:

• Orchestrating Agents: Building conversational and agentic experiences using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Pro-Code Engineering: Extending AI capabilities with Python and C#/.NET, utilizing RAG patterns and Azure OpenAI services.
• Modern Operations: Implementing robust LLMOps and MLOps to monitor, evaluate, and scale AI workloads.
• Vibe-First Workflow: Using AI-assisted tools to move from concept to prototype at record speeds, focusing on prompt engineering and system architecture rather than boilerplate typing.
