In this senior leadership role, you will redefine how enterprise data is structured for the era of generative AI. Rather than just managing legacy databases, you will be building 'AI-ready' foundations that support Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You’ll be responsible for designing semantic data layers and metadata frameworks that allow AI agents to navigate and understand complex organizational data with ease.

The Technical Vibe

This position is tailor-made for developers who have moved past manual line-by-line coding. Cloudera is looking for an architect who actively uses vibe coding and AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to speed up the creation of data pipelines and lakehouse structures. Your toolkit will include modern vector databases (Milvus, Qdrant), Cloudera’s CDP, and Python, all utilized within an AI-augmented development lifecycle.
