In this role, you won't just manage tools; you will develop software that can observe performance, diagnose issues, and iterate on growth strategies autonomously. Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Workflow

You will operate in a polyglot environment, utilizing TypeScript, Python, and Go to build robust backend systems and data pipelines. Because you are working at the epicenter of the AI coding revolution, your workflow will naturally involve using agents to plan and ship code. The focus is on extreme ownership and shipping the smallest reversible steps to find signal in a fast-paced, product-led growth environment.

What You Will Build

• Agentic Marketing Systems: Design autonomous loops that run experiments and optimize campaigns based on real-time data.
• Unified Attribution Infrastructure: Create scalable standards for deep linking and conversion tracking across web and mobile platforms.
• Data-Driven Pipelines: Build sophisticated audience syncing and event instrumentation that powers the entire Replit ecosystem.
