As a Senior TPM within the Elastic Block Store (EBS) team, you will oversee the technical strategy for the storage layer that powers the world's most demanding AI training and data processing workloads. This position moves beyond traditional project management, requiring a leader who can navigate complex technical designs across AWS services like EC2 and S3 while implementing modern automation. You will be responsible for launching high-performance capabilities and ensuring that exabytes of data remain accessible, durable, and secure.

AI-Driven Technical Leadership

This role is specifically designed for a technical leader who embraces the "vibe coding" movement. You will integrate GenAI tooling into the engineering lifecycle, building custom agents and leveraging prompt engineering to solve architectural bottlenecks. Your work involves:

• Automating at Scale: Developing GenAI scripts and MCP servers to streamline organizational efficiency and system health tracking.
• Technical Design: Collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot complex Linux and network protocol issues using AI-assisted analysis.
• Strategic Execution: Translating customer needs into technical roadmaps and using data-driven insights to manage risk and capacity.
