As a Staff Designer on the T0 team, you’ll be the lead architect for an AI-native financial platform, moving beyond traditional static interfaces to create dynamic, agentic experiences. This is a high-impact, zero-to-one opportunity to define how humans and AI collaborate in global banking.

Bridging Design and Code with AI

This isn't a traditional "pixels-only" role. You’ll leverage advanced vibe-coding tools like Lovable alongside Figma to rapidly prototype and iterate on complex systems. By embracing AI-assisted workflows, you’ll translate intricate financial logic into elegant, automated interactions that feel effortless for the end user.
