Walmart Creative is scaling its AI capabilities, and they need a leader to bridge the gap between creative concepting and technical execution. You will be the primary architect of the studio's generative pipeline, turning product briefs into high-fidelity visual stories. This isn't just about clicking 'generate'; it's about building the reusable logic and node-based frameworks that power an entire brand's visual identity at scale.

The Vibe Coding Tech Stack

You'll be working deep in the modern generative stack, where coding and creativity merge:

• Node-Based Architecture: Orchestrating complex workflows in ComfyUI and Weavy.
• LLM Automation: Leveraging Large Language Models for prompt engineering and custom scripting to automate production tasks.
• Neural Fine-Tuning: Developing LoRA frameworks and utilizing ControlNet to maintain brand consistency.
• Hybrid Craft: Blending AI-generated outputs with expert Photoshop compositing and lighting logic to ensure photorealistic results.

Growth and Leadership

As the studio's primary subject matter expert, you will mentor designers on AI-assisted workflows and evaluate emerging GenAI tools to keep the team on the cutting edge. This dual-track role allows you to remain a hands-on practitioner while defining the technological evolution of one of the world's largest in-house creative teams.
