Mission JobHire.ai is a personal AI agent for continuous professional development and happiness at work We’re looking for a freelance/part-time Vibecoder — a new breed of developer who works with AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0, Replit AI, etc.) to ship functional, soulful, and surprisingly elegant code fast. This is not a traditional software engineering role. We don’t care about your years of LeetCode grinding. We care about your flow state, your ability to vibe with LLMs, and your knack for turning a loose idea into a working prototype in hours, not weeks. You’ll work 5–15 hours per week on creative, experimental, or early-stage projects — internal tools, MVPs, hackathon-style features, and AI-first experiments. What You’ll Do Pair with AI to build, iterate, and ship frontend-heavy or full-stack features Turn rough prompts, wireframes, or “wouldn’t it be cool if…” into working code Embrace chaos-driven development — then clean up just enough for demo or deployment Work autonomously in short, focused sprints (1–4 hours per session) Document your “vibecoding prompts” and key decisions (for team handoff when needed) Occasionally refactor the magic into slightly more maintainable form How We Work Together Async-first: no daily standups, just weekly vibe check-ins (optional) You choose your hours — evenings and weekends welcome Projects posted as bounties or small milestones on Jobhire.ai You get access to our shared prompt library and “vibecode patterns” What You Bring AI fluency: You speak to Cursor, Claude, GPT, or Copilot like a creative partner Real coding instincts: You still know when the AI is hallucinating and how to steer it Speed over perfection: You ship working, demoable features quickly A sense of taste: Your code may be messy, but the UI/UX feels good Tools: Comfortable with Next.js, React, Tailwind, Node.js, or similar (but AI helps you fill gaps) Bonus: Experience with Replit, v0, Bolt.new, or similar vibe-native environments JobHire is mission-driven, fast-growing, and profitable global company. Responsibilities

Build, iterate, and ship frontend-heavy or full-stack features by pairing with AI tools. Transform rough prompts and wireframes into functional prototypes and experimental features.

Requirements

Proficiency in AI-assisted coding tools and modern web development frameworks like Next.js and React. Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, experimental environments with a focus on speed and demoable results.
