Vice President (Full-Stack Engineer- Java)

The Role

As a Vice President of Engineering, you will bridge the gap between high-level architectural vision and execution. You will lead the development of sophisticated equity trading systems, balancing front-end elegance with high-performance back-end services. This position is designed for a technical leader who wants to move beyond manual coding toward building "well-vibed" systems where quality and speed intersect through modern, prompt-based methodologies.

Tech Stack & Vibe Coding

The environment is built on a solid foundation of Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. Because this role explicitly encourages the use of AI assistants like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, you will be empowered to maintain high code standards across SQL databases and messaging systems like Kafka. You will use these tools to:

• Mentor junior developers in AI-driven efficiency and prompt engineering.
• Ensure trade lifecycles remain seamless through AI-assisted debugging and profiling.
