The Role: AI Architect for Revenue Growth

In this high-impact leadership position, you will serve as the primary architect for Verizon’s AI-driven revenue engine. You’ll lead a specialized team to move beyond static data analytics, instead building dynamic, agentic workflows and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems that empower sales and marketing teams. This is a hybrid role that demands a 'hacker' mentality—you aren't just managing projects; you are rapidly prototyping tools that remove friction from the customer journey and turn complex sales processes into intuitive, AI-native experiences.

The Tech Stack & Vibe Coding Approach

This role is built for developers who have mastered the art of AI-assisted engineering. You will leverage a sophisticated AWS stack, including Bedrock, Lambda, and Redshift, to build production-grade infrastructure. Most importantly, the job explicitly encourages 'vibe coding' methodologies. You’ll use cutting-edge tools like Claude Code, Lovable, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate the development lifecycle, moving from a conceptual idea to a deployed full-stack MVP in a matter of days.

Key Responsibilities & Growth

• Architectural Strategy: Design and deploy large-scale AI solutions and agentic design patterns within a secure cloud ecosystem.
• AI Evangelism: Act as a mentor and internal consultant, running workshops to teach the broader organization how to 10x their productivity using reasoning models and prompt management.
• Rapid Prototyping: Use Agile-for-GTM cycles to experiment with lead enrichment, automated outreach, and real-time audio analysis tools.
• Leadership: Manage a team of engineers while maintaining a product-focused mindset that prioritizes actionable outputs for end-users.
