As the first GTM Engineer at Proton, you will move beyond traditional RevOps to architect a self-operating revenue engine. This role involves designing and deploying autonomous AI agents that handle everything from lead enrichment to predictive forecasting. You aren't just managing a CRM; you are building a sophisticated data layer where agentic AI interacts with the physical world of wholesale distribution. This is a high-impact, on-site role in Cambridge for a builder who wants to own the systems shaping how trillions of dollars in goods move globally.

The Vibe Coding Stack

Proton is looking for a senior builder who treats AI as a first-class collaborator. You will leverage the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Claude, and Clay to create high-velocity workflows that traditional tools can't touch. By integrating agentic AI into the HubSpot architecture, you'll eliminate manual data entry and create systems that learn and adapt. You'll be expected to stay on the absolute cutting edge of model capabilities and multi-agent orchestration, bringing new patterns into production as soon as they drop.
