In this position, you will move past traditional manual coding to focus on steering LLMs and refining a proprietary internal testing ecosystem. Your mission is to transform rapid AI prototypes into production-ready Python applications that are both resilient and scalable.

• AI-Native Development: Use industry-leading assistants like Cursor, Windsurf, and Copilot to accelerate development and bypass boilerplate.
• Model Integration: Work directly with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs to build and optimize LLM-driven features.
• Advanced Prompting: Design and refine complex prompts to ensure AI outputs meet rigorous security and performance standards.
• Robust Frameworks: Maintain and scale Python-based automation suites using Pytest and CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.
