About This Role
Overview This position is within the Product Management division, which is accountable for the success of our software solutions by working cross-functionally with teams that develop, market, sell and support them. The Opportunity As a Product Design Intern, you will work with Product Designers to translate business requirements and user research findings into elegant design solutions for complex product problems. You'll be involved in all aspects of design execution from concept to final production. Collaboration is key, as you'll also work with engineers, product managers, and user researchers to deliver designs driving business value. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Be involved in all aspects of design execution, from concept creation to prototyping, user testing, and final production. Demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of user-centered design activities. Collaborate with a cross-functional team (engineers, product managers, user researchers, other designers) to help implement the product roadmap. Design engaging and intuitive user experiences using an iterative, lean UX approach of continuous improvement. Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows, accelerate iteration cycles, and explore creative solutions Create big-picture workflows as well as execute detailed visual & interaction design. Visually communicate your work for influence and impact. Actively participate in user research. Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve upon existing solutions. Contribute new directions and design patterns to the company’s design system. Proficient in Figma, Miro, and other design and collaboration tools. Experience with vibe coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, etc. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion. Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management skills. Natural curiosity to explore how to make products better for users. Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes. Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace. Team members who live within commuting distance of our office location in Peachtree Corners, GA (Atlanta, Georgia) are expected to work in a hybrid capacity, with regular in-office presence every Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
