As a Product Manager for the Hindsight recording platform, you will act as the bridge between mission-critical emergency communication needs and cutting-edge software solutions. You'll take ownership of the platform's monetization engine, designing scalable subscription models and API integrations that ensure first responders have reliable access to vital data. This is a 'startup-style' role within an established enterprise, where your focus will be on shipping impactful features and iterating based on real-world feedback.

A 'Vibe First' Product Environment

This isn't a traditional meeting-only PM role. Motorola is looking for a technical product leader who embraces modern development workflows. You are expected to use AI tools to stand up prototypes and explore technical trade-offs directly. By leveraging AI-assisted development, you will accelerate the discovery process and provide high-fidelity proofs of concept to the engineering team.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years in SaaS or cloud product management with 5+ years in the tech industry.
• Technical Edge: Deep interest in AI-generated code and the ability to iterate rapidly on functional prototypes.
• Strategic Execution: Proven track record of conducting customer discovery and turning complex data into a cohesive product roadmap.
• Collaborative Mindset: Comfort working with cross-functional teams across finance, engineering, and sales to launch integrated systems.
