As a Staff Interaction Designer for Google’s Agentic Docs team, you will lead the transition from manual document editing to AI-orchestrated creation. Your mission is to define the UX framework for AI agents that don't just assist, but actively research and collaborate with humans to turn a blank page into a finished project. This is a high-impact role within Google Cloud, focused on scaling intelligent, autonomous workflows across the entire Google Workspace ecosystem.

The Vibe Coding Tech Stack

This role sits at the intersection of product design and AI engineering. You will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and vibe-coding tools to rapidly prototype complex, agentic behaviors. By utilizing modern AI-assisted development practices, you'll bridge the gap between abstract AI capabilities and intuitive, high-fidelity user experiences that feel seamless for billions of users.

Leading the AI Revolution

You will be responsible for setting the product strategy and UX bar for agentic document experiences. This involves:

• Designing the mental models for 'AI as a partner' rather than just a tool.
• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to bring AI-driven features from the research lab to global production.
