Technical Program Manager II / FDE

The Mission

In this role, you'll join the Frontier AI team as a hands-on builder tasked with 'agentifying' the company's internal operations. You will act as the first user of Microsoft's newest AI features, translating complex business problems into production-ready automations and agents. It’s a hybrid role for those who enjoy the intersection of product strategy and rapid technical execution.

Vibe-First Engineering

This position is tailor-made for developers who leverage AI to move faster. You will utilize GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI to build full-stack solutions and custom connectors. Whether you are using natural language to generate Power Platform workflows or writing custom TypeScript and Python scripts with AI assistance, your focus is on high-impact delivery rather than manual boilerplate.
