As the Head of Product Marketing, you will report to the CTO and serve as the primary storyteller for a product that moves incredibly fast. Your mission is to take complex, rapid-fire engineering updates and transform them into simple, high-impact value propositions for HR and legal executives.

A Playground for Vibe Coders

This isn't your typical 'slides and spreadsheets' marketing role. Ethena specifically looks for 'vibe coding' aptitude—they want a leader who uses AI to prototype web pages, build automated internal workflows, and create interactive tools on the fly. You'll be expected to:

• Leverage AI tools to scale your content production and experiment with new messaging variations.
• Build working prototypes and 'mini-apps' to showcase upcoming features before they hit production.
• Partner with the Product team to influence the roadmap based on real-time data gathered from the sales floor.

You excel at taking technical specs and distilling them into concise, punchy narratives that non-technical buyers can grasp instantly.
