Create the Operating Layer for Hardware Teams
Reflow is building an AI-powered platform that listens across existing tools, maintains a structured view of each hardware program, and coordinates teams when plans change. You will bring firsthand NPI, electrical, systems, or hardware-program experience to the product.
Own Discovery Through Delivery
- Interview engineers and program leaders across an early-adopter network
- Translate real hardware workflows into concise specs, PRDs, and roadmap choices
- Prototype and demo ideas early, then iterate from direct user feedback
- Work daily with engineering to ship dependable 0-to-1 product capabilities
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, writing, exploration, and execution
Turn Domain Pain Into Product
