Product Manager, Agentic Products

The Role

The Center for AI Safety (CAIS) is looking for a technical product leader to drive the development of autonomous agentic systems. Rather than simply managing tasks, you will act as a primary builder, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from initial discovery to deployment. You will be responsible for navigating the ambiguity of the AI safety space, prioritizing features ruthlessly, and ensuring that agentic products are both functional and aligned with safety goals.

Technical Workflow & Vibe Coding

This position is designed for a PM who is already fluent in the 'vibe coding' ecosystem. You will be expected to use AI coding assistants like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to prototype ideas, debug agentic logic, and modify Python-based architectures directly. By integrating these LLM-powered workflows into your daily routine, you will bridge the gap between product requirements and engineering execution, moving at the pace of a high-growth startup.
