The Role: Builder-First Product Management
Sauna is seeking an early-stage Product Manager to join their 18-person team in San Francisco. In this role, you will bypass traditional long-form documentation in favor of building functional prototypes that solve real user problems. Working in high-velocity one-week sprints, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a feature—from the first user interview to the final launch post.
Vibe-Coding & AI Integration
This is a build-first environment where your ability to leverage AI tools determines your success. You will be expected to:
- Use Cursor, v0, and Claude to stand up working software prototypes independently.
- Engage in 'vibe-designing' to iterate on UI/UX through rapid AI prompting to settle design debates.
- Conduct frequent user sessions to refine agent behaviors and evaluate new chat flows. The goal is to use AI to shorten the distance between a raw idea and a shipped product.
Who Should Apply
We are looking for individuals with a high-growth mindset, typically with 0-5 years of experience.
